So its Sunday, been a busy few days, and I've officially been back in the US for a little over a week now. So much unpacking and packing to do... Both physically and mentally. Since I've been home I've already been missing the flavors and food of Taiwan, and its not like my grandmother and mother didnt teach me how to cook so I decided I'd pay some homage to the motherland and also... Hello! And a Spiced Potato Recipe

So I guess, its about time to start laying down some ground work for everything going on in my life. So to start, a little about me. I'm a dual citizen, transplant from Taipei, Taiwan. American born and rasied. Im an artist and a chef. I am gay, and I'm married. And constantly floating between two worlds, two very different worlds. This blog will be more of a life blog, recipes, photos, memories, and art. Why dont you youtube? Long story short, I'm not one to be infront of a camera often, I'm much more comfortable behind a camera. I enjoy my privacy and my solitude. And a blog suits me way more than a camera can.
